ABOUT
I’m a daughter, a mother, a wife, a friend. I am an I AM Yoga Nidra facilitator, a tennis junky and an equestrian. I am so grateful for my journey in life. It has been a rollercoaster of a ride. I’ve tried to learn from every experience thus far… even the really tough moments. Sometimes it seems I have lived ten lifetimes in this one.
After my first experience with a Yoga Nidra meditation, I knew it was something powerful. Now that my kids are grown I decided to spend my time learning deeper levels of this profound practice and to get certified to share it with those that want to experience it.
My Yoga Nidra Journey
My best friend, John Vosler, began his dive into these teachings years ago when my children were very small. I would fly out to vacation with John to play tennis and recharge every six months. He would tell me about this new meditation experience he was learning about. I watched and listened over the years, joining in as much as I could when I was there. Over time, on our holiday trips he would give me more insight to the practice. Why it works and how it works. I was so intrigued. I soaked up everything he had to offer. As years passed, my children got older, I was able to travel more and join John on his retreats and classes. I finally found the time and opportunity for me to go learn more, get certified as a guide and share this amazing practice to my family, friends and to whomever was interested.
I am now able to guide adults, teens and kids. I am so grateful for this practice coming into my life. I am especially grateful to have been introduced to this practice by my bestie. He and I get to watch each other learn and grow on this journey together. It has been pure joy. My husband and kids get the benefit of a calm, steady being.
I invite you to join in one of my free Sunday Meditations. I welcome all who come.
Hope to see you on Zoom.
