Join me for a Free ONline MEDITATION

 

Find a quiet, comfy spot. Stretch out and click the Zoom link around 5:55pm ET on the 1st Sunday of each month. Make sure you have a blanket or throw near. Your body temperature will drop a little during this experience. You will want one close to pull over yourself when instructed, as well as an eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes. Allow 40 minutes for the meditation and 10-15 minutes for reflection time afterward. Try and make sure to carve out an hour for this time for yourself. Sometimes we just need to hear someone give us permission to take time for ourselves. I am giving you that permission. Hope to see you on Zoom any Sunday you can join. Sign up below.
