Welcome! Thank you for visiting my website. I am so eager to share with you an I AM Yoga Nidra guided meditation. I have experienced with so many different modalities of Yoga over many years. I believe the regular practice of Yoga Nidra is the most profound tool I have ever come across to show individuals the path to who they really are, as well as, the most amazing restful and restorative experience. You must quiet the mind and be still. This practice allows you to drop beneath all the chatter of the mind and rest in silent stillness. I encourage everyone — adults, kids and teens — to experience Yoga Nidra. Peace awaits.
“Suzanne’s Yoga Nidra meditation is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience that leaves me with a feeling of peace and clarity that lasts for days.”
“Suzanne’s Angelic voice is a beautiful invitation to rise above the mind and into the bliss of our true nature. Her commitment and presence are deeply experienced through her Yoga Nidra guidance. I joyfully look forward to my Sunday practice with Suzanne.”
“Experiencing Yoga Nidra with Suzanne is a wonderful treat. Her fun loving zest for life and exuberant sense of humour are temporarily “parked” and exchanged for candles and calm as she gently leads you through your Nidra experience. Her voice is soothing and peaceful letting you drop into your own space — deep and quiet. I am always grateful and often “wowed” to share these journeys with my beautiful friend Suzanne.”
“Suzanne is a shining star... and a sensitive and knowledgeable Yoga Nidra teacher. I feel so fortunate to have met her... in India, of all places! I invited my 82 yr old mother to attend Suzanne’s free Sunday meditation. I’ll never forget how special it was to share this soothing experience after not seeing my mother for months due to Covid. We plan to do it again.”
